At Roomes Furniture & Interiors, we know that bringing a new piece of furniture into your home is more than just a transaction — it's the beginning of a new chapter. That’s why our dedicated delivery team makes it a priority to get your items safely from our showroom to your door with care and attention. Whether you're furnishing a single room or redesigning your entire home, you can rely on us for prompt, reliable, and hassle-free delivery.

Delivery Lead Times (time to order) are estimated and subject to change. We will always endeavour to provide you with the most accurate information, and inform you as soon as we become aware of any changes. Please be understanding that generally any delays are outside of our control.


Premier Delivery

When delivering your furniture we use our highly professional delivery team or a 3rd party approved delivery company if the delivery location is outside of our local delivery area.

Available nationwide from £89 and this includes:

  • Door to door service from a highly trained team
  • Items to be placed in room of your choice
  • All items are unwrapped and rubbish removed if required

Bed Delivery

  • Avaiable nationwide starting at £59 for local delivery 
  • Items placed in room of your choice 
  • All items are unwrapped and rubbish removed if required

Drop Off Delivery 

  • Available to our local delivery area with a charge of £39
  • Item delivered directly to your door, so you can sit back and relax.
  • This service is for small items

Home Decor Free Delivery

  • Items sent within 48 hours by courier service with a maximum delivery time of 5 days.
  • Item delivered directly to your door, so you can sit back and relax.
  • Stock levels may not always be updated in real time. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Collections Warehouse & Store

  • Collect selected items at our warehouse with an appointment
  • Our team will have your item ready for when you come to collect
  • Collections for smaller items such as rugs/mirrors/pictures/soft furnishings at our Store can also be made 

Old Furniture Removal, Recycle, Re-Use

We know that removing unwanted furniture can be stressful! We can help you with this - Roomes have teamed with Essex Clearances to make the removal of old furniture as simple as possible. Access guide

Please remember that we do not know your home and therefore it is impossible to know if your selection will fit in the area intended or through doorways, hallways, stairs etc.

It’s worth taking a bit of extra time to be sure and double check that firstly the goods you have chosen are suitable in terms of size for the chosen room and also that there is adequate access through doorways and halls to get your furniture into your house.

Better safe than sorry! – if you have doubts about getting furniture into your home we will gladly come to measure and assess levels of access for you.

To help you below are the vital measurement points required to gauge if access will be possible. Please take a moment to review your area and access points to establish any concerns that may cause an issue.

At Roomes our delivery staff will do everything we can to install your new furniture in the area for which it’s intended, however we are not able to accept responsibility should access not be possible due to size.
