Construction: Hand-tufted rugs are crafted by punching yarn through a fabric backing using a tufting tool, then secured with latex and a secondary backing—resulting in durable, precisely designed rugs with a soft, luxurious feel.

• Item delivered directly to your door, so you can sit back and relax.

Small Items Delivery

• Items sent within 48 hours by courier service with a maximum delivery time of 5 days.
• Item delivered directly to your door, so you can sit back and relax.
• Stock levels may not always be updated in real time. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Collections Warehouse & Store

• Collect selected items at our warehouse with an appointment
• Our team will have your item ready for when you come to collect
• Collections for smaller items such as rugs/mirrors/pictures/soft furnishings at our Store can also be made.
