Where is Roomes Furniture & Interiors located?

Our flagship showroom is located in the heart of Upminster High Street, Essex, easily accessible from Romford, Hornchurch, Brentwood, Thurrock and East London.

We’re the furniture and interiors store, not to be confused with the separate Roomes fashion and beauty shop further along the high street.

Is your showroom accessible for wheelchair users and prams?

Yes. Our store offers step-free access and wide walkways, ensuring a comfortable visit for wheelchair users, mobility aids and parents with prams.
Our team is always on hand to assist if needed.

What can I expect when visiting the store?

Roomes Furniture & Interiors is a spacious, inspiring showroom with beautifully presented room sets, allowing you to browse sofas, beds, dining furniture, flooring, home décor and lighting at your own pace.
You can test comfort levels, compare designs, explore fabrics and get hands-on with our collections — with no pressure to buy.

Who are the Friendly Furniture Experts?

Our Friendly Furniture Experts are experienced, well-trained staff who love helping customers create homes they genuinely enjoy.
They can assist with:

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is necessary — simply speak to any of our team members during your visit.
However, if you’re looking for interior design advice, in-home visits or flooring consultations, you can book a dedicated appointment for a more tailored experience.

Is Roomes Furniture & Interiors a pet friendly store?

Yes — Roomes is a pet-friendly showroom, and well-behaved dogs are very welcome to visit with you. We understand that your pets are part of the family, and many customers like to see how their new furniture might work with their lifestyle — pets included!

To ensure all customers enjoy their visit, we kindly ask that:

  • Dogs remain on a lead at all times

  • You keep your pet close to you while moving through the showroom

  • Any accidents are reported to a team member so we can assist

What are your opening hours?

7 Days a week:

10:00am – 5:00pm Monday– Saturday
10.30am – 4.30pm Sunday and 10:00 am to 5:00pm Bank Holidays

Our Delivery Service and Customer Care Department are running as usual but on the hours shown on the Contact Us page

Is there parking available at Roomes Furniture & Interiors?

Yes. We have convenient customer parking located just behind the store, making visits easy and stress-free. It is a low-cost paid car park either by card or using the Ringo app.

Our car park is located on St Lawrence Road - use postcode RM14 2UW


There are also several public car parks within a short walk of the showroom for additional parking during busy periods.
