Premier Delivery Service

Our Delivery Service is part of our unique commitment to give the highest standards of Customer Service and we charge a competitive rate of £49 in Essex. Our highly trained teams will deliver to the room of your choice (access permitting), unwrap, set-up and position your goods and remove waste packaging for recycling. If needed, we’ll even check accessibility prior to ordering.

Contactless Premier Delivery Service

Prior to booking a delivery our team will call you to confirm that no-on in the household is self-isolating or has symptoms of Covid-19. If that is the case, we will arrange a date for a later time. We run through the procedures for the day and confirm your appointment and instructions by e-mail.

  • Our Team will enter your home whilst observing social distancing at all times. They will be equipped with personal protection equipment, sanitising products and adhere to a strict hygiene regime.
  • On the day of delivery, in order to avoid touching surfaces, we ask that there is a clear route to the room of your choice and any internal doors en-route are open.  For ventilation, please open all windows en-route and in the room of delivery.
  • On arrival you will be asked, from a safe distance, where goods are to be delivered to and we will run through the protocols for the delivery, prior to entering your home.
  • In order to maintain social distancing protocols, we will ask that you isolate in a separate room. If this is not possible, unfortunately our team will not be able to complete your delivery.
  • Deliveries will be carried out Monday-Friday, subject to post code.
  • Your goods will be assembled in the usual way and all packaging will be removed.
  • We will not ask for a signature for the product but will ask for a verbal confirmation that all is OK and record that on our Delivery App together with any other comments.
  • For safety purposes we are giving our teams more time to make their deliveries, and our warehouse will be working at reduced capacity therefore it may take a little longer to get your item to you

In addition,

  • As part of our commitment to you, if you are unsure of accessibility or are considering large furniture prior to placing your order we can ask one of our delivery team to check that the furniture will fit into your home
  • Just bought a new house & don’t have anything to sit on? we may be able to help! We do have a number of loan sofas that we can lend you whilst you wait for your order to be made – please ask your sales consultant at the point of order

Contactless Payment

We can accept Balance Payments either by card, over the phone or by BACS Transfer. These are due as usual 3 days prior to arrival. We are not currently accepting Cash as payment

Old Furniture Removal, Recycle, Re-Use

We all want to do our bit for the environment and we can help you recycle or re-use your old furniture in an environmentally friendly way, through our local service partners listed below, at a realistic price that reflect the cost of collection and disposal. https://essexclearances.co.uk/

Your local Council will also offer a collection service for Furniture or Beds

Alternatively, we have chosen local charities that will collect old furniture and put it to good use.

In addition:

  • You can recycle your old sofa by advertising it online on sites such as Gumtree, or your local newspaper, or
  • A Commercial Collection Service such as https://www.clearabee.co.uk/
  • Or you can get in touch with a firm such as The Furniture Re-Use Network https://reuse-network.org.uk/ who help vulnerable people through distributing unwanted furniture at affordable prices

Bed Recycling

We partner with local Specialist Contractors Essex Clearance to offer a collect and recycle service. Essex Clearance can be contacted  via https://essexclearances.co.uk/

All of the mattresses removed are then broken down at a specialist facility and all of the available parts recycled.

Courier Service

If it is more cost effective or convenient, we may choose to deliver smaller items by an approved delivery partner at a nominal cost

Free Collection Service

For smaller items contactless collections are available from our distribution centre, by appointment only and given 24 hours notice.

Any balances will be taken prior to collection over the phone. We will ask you to bring a copy of your order and proof of ID. Please be aware that we will bring your purchase to your vehicle but at present will be unable to load it for you

Free collection service

Please be aware that we will bring your purchase to your vehicle but at present will be unable to load it for you.

From the A13

From the Ceme Conference Roundabout on the A13, take the Marsh Way turning. Follow the road around until you come to the warehouse on the left.
