Covid-19 Statement – Temporary Closure

We have entered extraordinary times recently, and during the current measures introduced by the Government to combat the effects of Covid-19 our absolute priority is to ensure the health and safety of our customers and colleagues and to do our part in protecting the NHS.

Never before in our 130 year trading history have we encountered quite such an event which has required us to shut our doors, but it is a necessity that Roomes Furniture & Interiors should temporarily close both its store and warehouse, ceasing deliveries, collections, flooring and curtain fittings for the time being.

This is an extraordinary step and not one that we have taken lightly. We’re sure you’ll agree that these are difficult times for all and hope you’ll understand and agree with the steps we have taken.

You can be assured we will be watching the latest developments very closely and when it is deemed safe and normal times return we will be ready, waiting to serve you, our valued customers.

We will open again as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. We are watching developments very closely and following Government instruction and advice in regards to what services we can offer.

If you have recently ordered goods from you us, then your order will have been processed, checked and with our suppliers. Unfortunately it is to be expected that there will be a longer lead time before we can deliver to you, as most of our suppliers are following Government rules and guidelines and are similarly closed.

If your order is in our warehouse, whether that be furniture or flooring, then just as soon as it is safe and Government rules are relaxed, we’ll get your order to you as an absolute priority, set up in your home and looking great.

If you have been talking to our Service Team, again, we have found things are similarly taking longer at the moment, but we will aim to deal with issues as quickly as we can on our return. Please contact us using the button below in the meantime.
