There’s nothing we love more than seeing our furniture ‘out in the wild’ – aka looking totally gorgeous in our customers’ homes!

Lucky for us, over on Instagram we have a brilliant community of super-stylish followers who love making their home look beautiful, and we’re always so happy to see how they’ve styled our products.

If you’re also partial to a sneak peek inside the homes of real people, you’re in the right place! Here are some of our favourites.

Modern twist on monochrome

Monochrome is one of those interiors trends that never goes out of style, and you really can’t go wrong with a classic colour palette of black and white. We love this two-tone dining set-up by @theroffmores, which features our dining table at centre stage with cream boucle chairs and a statement patterned rug bringing the look right up to date.

If you’re looking for a softer take on monochrome, why not adapt the theme by choosing an alternative colour palette? Sticking predominantly to one light and one dark hue will ensure you’re still channelling a monochrome vibe in your space, as demonstrated by @hanshomex, who achieves this beautifully in her Essex home. Her cosy palette of navy blue and cream is accented by touches of gold and a pop of pattern coming through from our gold zigzag patterned chair.

Luxe life

If you like a luxe look in your home, we’re pretty sure you’ll love this bedroom of dreams from Brentwood-based @houseofhamersley just as much as we do! The elegant palette of grey, black and white is stunningly accented by the statement headboard, glitzy chandelier and our black and chrome lamps, which add extra impact to the mirrored bedside tables.

Plush and textured fabrics are failsafe way to infuse a room with a little glamour, as demonstrated by @jessicajhome in her living room. We love the way our blue velvet cushions add a rich colour pop to the space.

And of course, if anyone knows how to glam up an interior it’s Essex’s very own @amychilds1990! We’re thrilled that Amy loves our luxurious Dexter Corner Sofa so much – and we couldn’t agree more with her comment, it really is ‘the cosiest sofa’.

The Hygge home

No one does cosiness and comfort better than the Scandinavians, which is why the concept of ‘hygge’ (pronounced hue-guh) has become such a buzz word in the past few years. Put simply, hygge is the Danish term for the mood that’s created when we feel safe, cosy and comfortable, and it can refer to anything from the soft glow of candlelight to a steaming mug of hot chocolate on a rainy day. The Danes believe these simple pleasures are the secret to a happy life – and it’s pretty hard to disagree, given that Denmark consistently ranks among the worlds’ happiest countries in the annual World Happiness Report!

When it comes to interior styling, those seeking to create a ‘hygge home’ look for plush fabrics, clean lines and soft lighting. This photo from @jo_jos_home is the very epitome of hygge and features our mustard chair as its centrepiece. We can just imagine sinking into it, wrapping up in that snuggly throw and enjoying a hot cuppa and a good book, can’t you?

Scandi styling

Hygge isn’t the only aspect of Scandinavian living that many of us hanker after. Scandinavian interior design is renowned the world over and is characterised by a warm and inviting feel created with a minimalist aesthetic, soft hues and a blend of textures.

Our customers @lookmawedidit are doing an incredible job of creating that Scandi-inspired look in their renovation project. The clean lines of our sofa are the perfect choice for their living room, while our bed strikes the Scandi-inspired balance of function, style and cosiness in their bedroom.
