1. No purchase is necessary.

2. Roomes Stores prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or above except employees, their families and associated companies.

3. Roomes employees, their families and associated companies are not eligible to benefit from special offers sent by email from Roomes.

4. The winner of each prize draw will be the first name randomly drawn under independent supervision and will be notified by email.

5. In the event that the initial winner does not respond to Roomes within 2 weeks of the prize draw, a further draw will be held from among all remaining qualifying entries to select a substitute winner.

6. The Judges decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

7. Roomes Stores Ltd. reserves the right to display a photograph of the winner and their name only for presentation purposes.

8. Prizes will be collected or delivered at a place and time specified by Roomes.

9. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative or cash refund will be given.

10. Any existing furnishing orders that may have been placed prior to the final draw for the £10,000 furnishing makeover (The date of which will be announced later in the year) cannot qualify for or be used as part of the final prize offer.

11. The final prize draw value of £10,000 will relate specifically to the current selling price prevailing at the time and the prize will be redeemable only on products available in our Furniture & Interiors store.

12. Roomes reserves the right to substitute an equivalent prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require it.
