My name is Michael Roome, Joint Managing Director of Roomes Stores Ltd, a family business which has traded successfully for the past 120 years.

We owe much of that success to the way we look after our customers, encouraging them to return as well as recommending their friends and family.

We genuinely want you to be delighted with the level of service we offer in our Furniture & Interiors store. On the odd occasion when things don't quite go according to plan, we make sure we put it right; learn from our mistakes and continually look to improve on a level of service which we believe is already second to none.
